Shop With A Cop/Fireman Applications Now Being Accepted

Shop with a Cop/Fireman
The Lafayette Police Department is now accepting applications for the annual Shop with a Cop/Fireman event.
Applications are available at the Lafayette Police Department or can be found on the City of Lafayette website at mycityoflafayette.org under Community>Forms>Applications.
Please turn in your completed applications to the Lafayette Police Department at 208 North Main St. Everyone is welcome to apply for their children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old. http://www.mycityoflafayettega.org/…/DisplayFile.aspx…
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. The deadline for the applications to be turned in is November 19, 2021 by 5:00 pm.
